Your register is stored on your iPhone. There is no account and no server.
Your register lives on one iPhone. It does not sync to another device, and a new iPhone starts empty unless you restore from a backup.

Full access after 14 days
After that, full access is $199 per year or $19.99 per month, and you can switch between them at any time. Either renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
If you decide not to subscribe, everything you have entered stays readable and exportable — you simply cannot add or change entries.
