Device reminders
Schedule reminders on your devices. Mark a deadline done or silence it as your own record of what you have handled.
The details behind the date
Trademark Almanac connects the public record with the dates it can calculate, the rules behind them and the context you add yourself.
Coming soon to the App Store · For iPhone, iPad and Mac

01 / The calculation
Open a calculated deadline to see its starting date, the steps in the calculation and the published rule the app applies.
When a supported rule moves a date for a weekend or holiday, the calculation shows that adjustment. Your own dates stay alongside the calculated ones.
The app does not calculate every possible trademark deadline. Check dates that matter against the USPTO's own records and get advice about your particular situation.
02 / The public record
Add a mark by its USPTO number, search public records by words or an owner's name, or enter a mark yourself. The app shows what the record says and when it last checked.
Keep notes, your own dates and photographs with each mark. If a record cannot be fetched, the app tells you; public records can be delayed or incomplete.
Search results are public-record information. They do not establish clearance or whether a mark can be registered.
03 / The work around the record
Schedule reminders on your devices. Mark a deadline done or silence it as your own record of what you have handled.
Choose to add a deadline to your calendar. The app asks for permission before writing the event.
Keep supporting notes and photographs beside a mark, including a photograph's date when one is available.
Keep your portfolio in step across devices signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive enabled.

The Practice plan has no mark limit and adds a docket report you can print or save as a PDF, plus CSV and calendar-file export.
Practice also lets you use your own USPTO key for record lookups if you prefer. Searches, the goods and services manual and fee figures continue to use the relay.
Compare Owner and PracticeTrademark Almanac keeps records and calculates dates for the rules it supports. It does not file with the USPTO, clear marks, assess registrability, or monitor anyone else's filings. It is not legal advice.
