No. The app counts the 14-day free period on your devices. It is not a subscription, and you are only charged if you choose to subscribe through Apple.
Your marks, deadlines and photographs stay readable, and you can still export and print them. Adding or changing marks, checking the USPTO and reminders stop.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you choose to subscribe. Each subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
iPhone with iOS 26.5 or later, iPad with iPadOS 26.5 or later, and Mac with macOS 26.0 or later. Optional syncing uses your own iCloud account.
